Pricing Strategy
Pricing Strategy
Project details
What we need
- Analysis of Organization’s target audience, competition, costs and products/services
- Recommendations for pricing for existing products/services
- Assessment of whether any products/services should be discontinued or offered at differential price points based on constituents’ needs
Additional details
Aloha, we have been growing rapidly despite the challenges of covid-19 and would like a fresh look at our pricing structure. We offer a variety of services as well as educational products aimed at helping native Hawaiians learn more about language, culture, and history. We want to be sure that what we are charging aligns with market value without restricting our target audience.
What we have in place
- We currently have a list of all products and services with prices, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a history of sales, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,868 , allowing us to focus on how we can continue to deliver our products and services to the community in a pono manner.
This project is important because as a native Hawaiian social enterprise, we want to provide products and services in the price range that our community can access while still being able to provide for our employees and keep things running.
