Facilitated Strategy Session
Facilitated Strategy Session
Project details
What we need
- Expert third party advice on process or managerial changes, geographic or programmatic expansion, potential pivots, or general strategic planning
- Facilitation of an intensive, one-day strategic planning session with staff and/or Board
- Note: If necessary, a follow-up strategic planning session may be scheduled
Additional details
Our organization is just celebrated our 10 year anniversary. We completed a strategic planning process beginning in 2014 for years 2015 - 2020. Due to the pandemic we were unable to devote resources at that time but are seeking to start the process for our next 3-5 year strategy plan. Our organization has undergone significant growth and expansion since the initial planning, moving from an all volunteer organization with no physical home to a staffed community hub with brick and mortar.
What we have in place
- We currently have committed board members and staff, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have detailed record of our previous strategic plan to build from, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,465 , allowing us to reallocate these dollars in ways that provide direct services to the community we serve while simultaneously strategizing a path to continue providing critical services.
Our organization has undergone significant growth and expansion since the initial planning, moving from an all volunteer organization with no physical home to a staffed community hub with brick and mortar. The continued growth and sustainability of our organization is priority to our board & staff in an effort to continue serving the LGBTQ+ community.
