What we need
  • A professionally designed report, up to 10 pages, in high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications

Hello,
We have a non-profit impact report deck that was completed in Adobe Illustrator. I need edits made to 27 of the pages (5in x 7in) and an additional 5 pages created. The overall deadline is February 8, 2022. I understand this might be a lot, so I'm open to breaking this project down in 4 different deadline increments for ease. The quickest way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time!

What we have in place
  • We currently have the first draft of the report in AI, images, and copy, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a color story, logo, supporting images, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to further our mission by purchasing a large storage container on our campus to store all our educational materials, community-donated clothing, sports equipment, and venue rental furniture.

We need to show our donors, sponsors, and community our 2019-2022 impact thanks to the dollars they've donated. They believe in our mission so It's important to outline all our programming, future plans, and how many members we serve.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo and visual branding guidelines, finalized copy, and any additional content to be included in annual impact report
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of previous annual reports with Professional (if any)

Milestone 1: Brainstorming
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss the story the Organization wants to tell and brainstorm how key data can be highlighted and visualized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Impact Report Design & Feedback
  • Professional creates a preliminary design and shares with Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback
  • Repeat feedback process (if necessary)

Milestone 3: Final Impact Report
  • Professional delivers final version of annual impact report in PDF format, with print-ready specifications
