  • 3-5 one hour strategy sessions with a marketing professional covering topics like marketing channels, messaging, branding and target audiences
  • A written summary of marketing goals, target audiences and channels to prioritize
  • A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy
  • Note: This project does not include the creation of content such as emails, print materials, or social media posts
Additional details

The Sanergy model, focused on sanitation and waste management, is implemented by 2 different entities with different expertise. I am in charge of restructuring the different brands of the organization to :

- More clearly reflect what is happening on the ground.
- Reduce confusion of roles and expertise when presenting the Sanergy model.
- Support the entities to build their credibility in their respective sectors.

I have already drafted an action plan but would like a review and feedback

What we have in place
  • We currently have a set of documents explaining what we want to achieve, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have survey results from our leadership team about the topic, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,998 , allowing us to serve more people living in informal settlements of Nairobi and Kisumu

This project is critical for the growth of our organization, as we look to serve more residents of informal settlements with safe services, and sell more organic products to farmers in Africa.
