I would like to learn best practices for behavioral based interviewing, improve my interview skills, and share what I have learned with the rest of my organization.

What we have in place
  • We currently have interview questions, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have management staff to participate, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,380 , allowing us to fund to other areas of our work that need to be funded.

This project will help our organization hire qualified candidates by asking the right questions, knowing interview best practices, and communicating job duties effectively.

  • Volunteer Manager outlines any current interview training and strategies and shares any existing training materials
  • Professional communicates with the Volunteer Manager for a brainstorming/overview session, to discuss goals, target audiences, and existing activities/materials
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional work together to determine the best training delivery method

  • Professional creates plan and topics for training and shares the information with the Volunteer Manager
