Employee Handbook
Project details
What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details
We are looking for help putting together a handbook for employees when working onsite as well as offsite as a MOCHA representative. It would allow new and current employees to understand MOCHA's policies, pay structure, procedures, as well as expectations of employees in the workplace.
What we have in place
- We currently have a basic write up of employee roles & responsibilities, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have standards of conduct, pay schedules and procedure outlines, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to focus on our mission to provide outreach to culturally, linguistically and economically diverse populations in communities that do not typically have wide access to the arts.
This will help us to have a more streamlined source of documentation to share with our employees when working onsite and offsite for MOCHA. It will help us maintain consistency through out our programming and have the clear guidelines to look back on when the need arises.
