What we have in place
  • We currently have already some experience in management with my education, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some experience in management as we exist for 3 years now, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,588 , allowing us to focus our limited ressources on the people that need it the most.

the idea of this project is to ensure that I can be an efficient leader for my team. From this year we are more that 30 people working in the organization and half of them are under my management. If I think having the basement of what is expected from a leader, I definitely want to improve. Especially in the area of distributing tasks and ensure that the work is done.

  • Various techniques may be employed by the Leadership Coach to achieve the desired results

  • Volunteer Manager and Professional evaluate lessons learned and progress made

Our mission

We leverage international travel & volunteering to build capacity for local NGOs in Tanzania who are fighting poverty in their communities.

What we do

We work hand-in-hand with local NGOs to implement and develop their ideas/projects so that they can achieve their mission of ending poverty in their communities. Currently, our main project is a collaboration with Mother's Mercy Children's Organization in Arusha, Tanzania to provide indigent youth with their basic needs, as well as access to quality education and healthcare services.
