Board Responsibilities & Structure

Project details

What we need
  • Document outlining relationship of board to your organization, including its role, responsibilities, and structure
  • Document defining the roles and responsibilities of individual board members, including empty seats if applicable
Additional details

We are transitioning to the next steps of building the foundation of the organization. We are GREATLY in need of board structure in order to ensure that our board duties are detailed and that board meetings are productive. Right now, we are a board of 4 members (pending a 5th member) and considering whether the Executive Director should be Ex Officio. We are still working on determining the best style of board at this time.

What we have in place
  • We currently have access to the Executive Director, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have knowledge of the history of this organization, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,248 , allowing us to offer more support to families in need of emotional and mental support and healing

It is so important to us to have structure from the beginning. We are in the beginnings of building this foundation and look forward to growth. but the first steps in supporting our communities are making sure that we are in sync internally as an organization.
