WE ARE IN NEED OF A STANDARD BRANDING FOR OUR ONGOING MARKETING EFFORTS. TEMPLATES, EMAIL FORMATTING, CONSTANT CONTACT BRANDING. ALL TO MATCH OUR CURRENT LOGO.

What we have in place
  • We currently have A NEW LOGO AND COLOR SCHEME, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have TWO DEDICATED UNSKILLED STAFF DOING MARKETING, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to SAVE REVENUE FOR SALARIES TO STAFF

WE HAVE A NEW WEBSITE AND NEED TO MARKET NEW PROGRAMS AND FUNDRAISING EFFORTS.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
