What We Need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional Details
We have a growing network of donors and a handful of monthly donors. I would like to better engage my major and monthly donors. Ideally I would like a series of letters for the monthly donors for this year so that I can keep them engaged.
What We Have In Place
- We currently have formated thank you letters, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have current projects and impacts, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $1,090 , allowing us to direct more towards installations.
Keeping our monthly donors engaged is important for retention. Having the security of their ongoing support (and perhaps increased support) would help us better plan our organizational finances.

Everybody Solar works to protect the environment and strengthen U.S. communities through solar energy projects. By providing solar power to local charities we help them reduce electricity costs and direct their limited resources to the communities they serve.
