What we have in place
- We currently use QuickBooks Online Pro. Most of our transactions come through either the bank feed or linked credit card. We currently do not have payroll. We have been using QB since June 2021 and want to make sure we are on the right track. This project will take about 8-10 hours total.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,139 , allowing us to make a direct impact in the daily lives of the individuals we serve.
We are a small non-profit that hopes to make consistent growth as we serve individuals in Hawaii. Your help will make sure that our accounting methods will support our continued growth in the future!
Project plan
Our mission
We improve the quality of life of Hawaii's breast cancer community by connecting them with relevant resources and meaningful support.
What we do
We publish curated resources through our website and social media, facilitate educational events, conduct one-on-one peer support, and host a variety of creative in-person programming.
Our latest program is the CARE Closet (Community Access to Reusable Equipment) where we connect donations of new and gently used items such as wedge pillows, wigs, and resource books to patients in treatment.
Testimonials
Jan is incredible to work with! He is knowledgeable, thorough, extremely organized, and truly passionate about helping organizations. He answered all of our questions and gave us valuable information that we will implement for years to come. We are so fortunate to have had his help- highly recommend! Thank you Jan!
This was a great project. The staff understood accounting and how to set up Quickbooks. I showed them some unused functionality around grants, budgeting, and how the "customer module" in QBO works but they really had most of it already set up. It was a very fun project.
