Project details

What we need
  • Setup of selected CRM system (e.g. Airtable, Salsa CRM, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, Bloomerang, or Kindful) including a customized set of objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15)
  • A customized set of views and reports to allow table-based editing and analysis of data (up to 15)
  • Migration of Organization's current database to identified CRM system
  • Training and guidelines on how to manage system and generate basic reports
  • “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details

We need a Salesforce professional who has experience with Non-profits in importing data into a Non-profit instance (not just in sandbox/in practice). This expert must know the Non-profit Salesforce arena. We have data on spreadsheets and want it imported correctly at setup, according to our forward-thinking objectives. We'll also need to establish accesses and restrictions at setup for what users can see in Salesforce. A CERTIFIED SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR is preferred for this task.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an unused Salesforce software, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have data on spreadsheets, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,792 , allowing us to reallocate time, effort, and funds towards expanding our Afterschool and Summer Camp programs for K-12th graders in Georgia.

Our growing organization would benefit immensely from this project. We have collected data over the years that has been underutilized and disproportionate to the extent of the good work we execute. We hope the right professional can help us set up our Salesforce software to accurately measure and track our customer, volunteer, and donor base according to our long-term strategic plans.
