What we have in place

How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to build out our workforce to support women from nontraditional backgrounds.

Currently, Repurpose provides paid job opportunities supporting retail sales, operations, intake, merchandise photography, and digital strategy. In order to keep up with the growth of the organization and drive impact at scale, Repurpose will need to expand the number of paid staff positions to oversee increased operational needs and establish new programming to advance our mission. With this expansion, it is important we have a plan for compensation that aligns with our budget goals.

Repurpose is a grant making nonprofit that donates 100% of net proceeds from resale luxury items to organizations that support the health and wellbeing of women and families.
