What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We have a current handbook that we have started revising. I would like to complete those revisions. I need specific help in finalizing the policies and then appreciate recommendations for organizing/formatting so we can easily access the policies and procedures.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a draft revised handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a focused project manager (me), and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,955 , allowing us to reinvest time for staff on their urgent and important work and enable HR to engage in proactive impactful work for the organization.

Having this will greatly increase the operational efficiency of our organization. We have ~350 employees and double that amount of monthly inquires to hr on policy or procedure. It is a time sink all around so we need to update the policies, add the procedures and share them effectively for staff to easily use. Starting with the policies and making room for us to document procedures will be a great start!
