What we need
  • A new presentation, or update to an existing presentation in Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Prezi, or another presentation software
  • Best practices and tactics for structuring an effective presentation

I have three PowerPoint presentations that I would like assistance in design. I have the content including photos and video. These are part of an orientation for new staff. One will run as loop in the beginning of the training. The other two will have scripts that the presenter will follow. I am looking for assistance in making them visually appealing and engaging for new staff. These were part of an in-person session that will now be online.

What we have in place
  • The contact for this project is me, Executive Director, Ruth Banta, who has delivered the in-person orientation sessions for the past 5 years. I have access to all of the information, photos and videos that we have used. I have put the content into a rough PowerPoint format with notes for guides. I am available to consult and am very responsive.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to excite our staff about their roles in supporting people with developmental disabilities live enviable lives.

We provide services to people with developmental disabilities. This orientation for new staff is an important onboarding activity and introduction to our culture. Our commitment to our mission and our passion for excellent service delivery is evidenced by the fact that I the Executive Director personally deliver this orientation to new staff.
