Salesforce Database Customization
Salesforce Database Customization
Project details
What we need
- A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
- Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
- Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details
We recently migrated to Lightning, and have become aware that there are additional bells & whistles that may improve our painstakingly manual process of keying in various steps thus reducing error and improving client services. Specifically, we would like to implement triggers and flows to create cases, assign tasks, send emails, followup tasks, alerts, etc. A consultant with experience in setting up flows will certainly improve efficiency and data integrity.
What we have in place
- We currently have Salesforce Lightning, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have existing manual process in need of automation, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to work with an esteemed consultant, whom we could not otherwise afford to hire.
Turner syndrome Foundation is primarily lead by volunteers, and unfortunately they come and go leaving gaps in adherence to process and certainly in pickup and follow through. An improvement in automation will allow for improved consistency for client intake, support and reporting, thus improving accountability for data collection and most significantly, to the people we serve.
Project plan
Our mission
The goal of the Turner Syndrome Foundation (TSF) is to support research initiatives and facilitate education programs that increase professional awareness and enhance medical care of those affected by Turner syndrome. Early diagnosis and comprehensive treatments over the lifespan may lead to a brighter and healthier future for all young girls and women with Turner syndrome.
