I want to increase my social media presence with posts that represent my brand. My goal is to have a more cohesive aesthetic on social media. The platforms I currently use are Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. We are a media production organization that focuses on utilizing video and filmmaking as forms of storytelling. Our audience is adult BIPOC creatives between the ages of 25-45 with 70% women and 30% men.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a logo, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have brand colors, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to provide more funding resources to our participants.

Our goal is to increase our reach on social media and build our following. We believe that a more cohesive look for our social media presence will help us achieve this goal.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
