What we need
  • Review of existing mission, vision and/or values
  • Analysis of the existing programs and any future plans
  • Strategic consultation surrounding the existing functions and the core needs the Organization seeks to address
  • Freshly written mission, vision & values statements
Additional details

We do already have a Mission statement, but it needs to be simplified as it is wordy. We have a written out list of values that need to be paired down for the sake of ease of understanding how SpeakLife Tribe functions. We need to have a vision statement created based upon our developing programming and directions that we would like to take in the future.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a mission statement and ideas about vision and values, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have everything in writing, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,248 , allowing us to spend more of our budget toward donating toward family resources as we are missioned to do.

Mission, values and vision are a way for everyone to understand who we are and what we can do for you. We need support in this area as we are very wordy and need another set of professioanlly focused eyes that can suggest the best words that will make this come to light.

  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss prep materials, the current vision, and future plans
  • Professional creates an outline for the mission, vision & values and incorporates any feedback from the Volunteer Manager

Milestone 2: First Draft
  • Professional shares the first draft
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback which the Professional incorporates
