What we need
  • A document with detailed feedback and edits that ensures an Organization's business plan clearly defines its mission and approach, finance and operating structure, and tracks to key performance indicators

Hello,

We are in the early stages of building the foundation of SpeakLife Tribe. We have already developed amazing community and institutional partnerships. We are currently working on documenting our strategic plans which have been somewhat documented but not entirely sure what is being missed. This would be extremely helpful as we have not submitted for any grants as of yet. MOST of the ideas, strategies, partnerships and possibilities are in writing. we need it formatted professiionally.

What we have in place
  • We currently have documented most of this information, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have volunteer support, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to spend more time managing other projects such as setting up CRM systems, Marketing Strategy, Branding, and in turn set us up to deliver impactful workshops that are newly taking flight.

This project will be helpful as we are working with volunteer grant writers from other organizations and would like to be able to easily provide the info needed to write successful grants and use this document as a guide when making informed decisions related to community partnerships.
