- A Membership Strategy document of 2-4 pages, including analysis of the Organization’s current membership program, step-by-step guide to a new or improved program, growth goals and creative outreach strategies
The Crucible is seeking a short-term, part-time consultant to help our team improve their skills with managing our annual membership programs, and become proficient with the fundamentals and best practices of nonprofit fundraising.
Experience managing and administering non-profit membership programs.
Experience with donor cultivation and stewardship best practices at all levels including major and monthly donors.
A firm understanding of fundraising and financial recording

- We currently have strong salesforce admin/analyst and membership strategy, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have collaborative workspace, great team, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $5,848 , allowing us to support our amazing youth programs with funds saved.
