What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

We have a handbook that was created in 2019 and we would like it reviewed and updated, focusing on new benefits policies and such.
What we have in place
- We currently have a current handbook and some changes I would like to see made, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have direction from our board, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to focus on providing the best 211 service to those in need.
We have a lot more employees than when we started and our work, although always critical, is even more so now with COVID response.
