Social Media Audit
Social Media Audit
Project details
What we need
- Profile & page setup assessment of whether relevant information and fields are filled
- Statistics on posts, engagement, and follower demographics
- Evaluation of strengths and weaknesses as well as recommendations to improve
Additional details
We need an audit of our Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages. We're looking for an evaluation of strengths and weaknesses of our social media content. We want to use this audit as a basis for our organisation's social media strategy.
We post most frequently on Twitter, and we'd like to have more insights into what works well there and what we could improve (like our engagement rates). We'd also like to understand our audiences better by assessing follower demographics.
What we have in place
- We currently have a report with our metrics from most of last year, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have raw data on social media stats, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to focus on our mission, making sure that public money is not used for human rights abuses or environmental destruction.
International public banks are not always eager to change their policies because of technical briefings or even strongly worded letters. We need to put pressure on them to drop fossil fuels or protect vulnerable communities, and what better way to do so than through social media action?
This audit would form the basis of our social media strategy. We want to take a look at our strengths and weaknesses on social media, and to get better at reaching our target audiences with our calls.
Project plan
Our mission
We are a strong network grounded in central and eastern Europe that works in solidarity with communities to ensure the use of international public finance for socially responsible, just and environmentally sound purposes and promotes public participation to bring about meaningful systemic change.
