Pricing Strategy
Project details
What we need
- Analysis of Organization’s target audience, competition, costs and products/services
- Recommendations for pricing for existing products/services
- Assessment of whether any products/services should be discontinued or offered at differential price points based on constituents’ needs
Additional details
This is a healthcare-related adult literacy program currently being offered with live instruction. We are also interested in pursuing an online, remote learning platform for it. It currently involves the training of instructors and dissemination of program materials to learners for which we charge a fee. The current pricing structure has two parts, one is the licensing fee for the adopting organization and the other is the fee to train individual instructors.
What we have in place
- We currently have a detailed program description, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have client feedback and a history of the active program, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,868 , allowing us to commit additional resources into project development.
The HEAL program (this project) is an important component for fundraising and the growth of our reach as an organization.
