What We Need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future
Additional Details

MedTech Color is looking to vamp up our social media strategy and presence. We have a social media calendar tentatively drafted with a rough plan for Q1 of 2022 and are looking for assistance within the next few months to help build out the content. This includes graphics, copy, etc.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a social media + PR calendar for 2022, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have previous social media assets for reference, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to focus on other operational and programmatic projects including the planning of our second annual Pitch Competition.

This project is important because MedTech Color is continuing to grow our online presence and we want to more actively engage with our members to achieve our mission of increasing diverse representation in the medical device industry. We have a lot of exciting things planned for 2022 and just need a little help to get the word out on social media!

  • Volunteer Manager shares social media credentials and existing marketing materials with Professional
  • (If applicable) Professional audits existing social media account to determine which content types are performing best
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss & agree upon target audiences, content types, and posting frequency

Milestone 1: Calendar Structure Creation
  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

Milestone 2: Content Creation
  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

(Optional) Milestone 3: Content Scheduling / Software Setup
  • Professional connects Organization’s social media account to a scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite
  • Professional sets up and schedules up to 4 weeks of posts in scheduling software
