- Guidelines for hiring process, including order and number of interview rounds, reference checks, and general best practices for an inclusive interview
- Effective interviewing techniques and clear, consistent standards for evaluating candidates
- Tips for negotiating details such as compensation package and title
Additional details
As a new non-profit organization, we are seeking a formal hiring process to evaluate candidates that are interested in working in youth development/ young adult work within a non-profit.
What we have in place
- We currently have some core values and skill sets that we identifed., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have collected feedback on what has worked and doesn't work, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,806 , allowing us to allocate funding to other areas of the organization
In order for our mission to be fully accomplished we have to attract the right candidates that have the right skills and alignment to mission and values.
