Project Details

What We Need
  • Well-written and compelling copy for marketing or communication materials; examples include a brochure, blog post, one-pager/fact sheet, fundraising/promotional materials
  • Messaging that is consistent with brand identity, public relations strategy and communications objectives
Additional Details

The copy is an annual report that will be mailed to our 175 major donors. There will be letters from the new Executive Director (myself) our President and Treasurer. About 6-8 sections / topic areas will be one or two paragraphs each. Other content in the printed booklet will be short statements from donors, grant recipients and other community stakeholders.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have newsletters, five year plan documents, press releases, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an aspirational peer's 2020 annual report, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to award more grants in 2022 to deserving LGBTQ+ supportive organisations across Texas, especially those in historically under-resourced communities such as border/rural communities & in urban centers.

We are quickly expanding our donor base and this first of its kind, highly informative donor update is crucial to communicate with our donors across Texas and the US.
