What we need
  • An Excel spreadsheet custom-built specifically for the Organization's finances
  • Training on how to use the spreadsheet to understand the current financial situation and predict future states (e.g., plan for budget increases or decreases, hiring, and other key drivers)
Additional details

We are trying to do a cost analysis of staying in our current building versus buying a new building or renting a building. We need a spreadsheet that gives us all the variables, including mortgage payments, rent payment, repairs to existing structure, utilities, taxes etc. to make this comparison.

What we have in place
  • We currently have financials for 2021 &a recent appraisal of our building, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have rental and purchase prices options for moving, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $14,474 , allowing us to repair the current building or move.
