Membership Strategy
Project details
What we need
- A Membership Strategy document of 2-4 pages, including analysis of the Organization’s current membership program, step-by-step guide to a new or improved program, growth goals and creative outreach strategies
Additional details
My organization recently ran an online Hackathon to brainstorm responses to eating disorders in teenagers. We emerged with 4 proposals which are now being assessed. We created a huge amount of interest and engagement and want to capitalize on this by creating an online community. We'd love some advice on how this might look.
What we have in place
- We currently have a list of interested stakeholders, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have commitment to being creative and innovative in this niche, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to create something unique, innovative and potentially life saving.
In the wake of the Covid19 pandemic, there has been a significant increase in the incidence and severity of eating disorders in teens. We want to use Israeli start up thinking to drive our health promotion activities and make a real difference to the lives of teenagers with eating disorders and the people who love them.
