We are looking for someone to help build off of the salary administration plan we have in place.
What we have in place
- We currently have a salary administration plan with grades and current ranking, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a VP , Human Resources, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to reinvest this money into our programing or other HR initiatives.
The labor market is very competitive right now. We want to position ourselves to ensure our compensation is competitive within our industry and locations.
