Flexible Graphic Design Support

What we need
  • Ongoing graphic design support for 10-15 hours over the course of 4 weeks
  • Support may include: logo design, flyer design, branded assets for social media
  • Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working.
Additional details

We launched a new brand in July 2021 and are in the process of adapting visual expressions of the brand. Most immediately, we would like to partner with a graphic designer who can help refresh the visuals for our annual 5k. We usually begin marketing the event in January, so we are looking for someone who can provide immediate support that will enable us to launch registration early in the new year.

What we have in place
  • We currently have our new brand guidelines and a new event name, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have samples of design & deliverables from previous 5k events, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to invest those dollars in our programs, which focus on prevention of trafficking among youth and supporting adult survivors on their journey to freedom.

Our organization went through a year-long name change and brand refresh, which we launched in July 2021. We would like to rebrand our annual signature events so that they support our master brand without losing the equity we've built through those events. We have renamed both events but need immediate assistance with our spring event, so that we can launch promotion in January.

Step 1: Ongoing Support
  • Volunteer delivers ongoing support according to determined outline
  • Weekly check-ins to ensure support is being offered as agreed upon by both parties

Step 2: Training & Offboarding
  • Volunteer provides any relevant training to the Volunteer Manager to help them continue work, as necessary, after 4 weeks
