What we need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future

Need tips on how to attract current and new viewers. How to keep a fresh enticing and energized communication.

What we have in place
  • We currently have 3 social media accounts setup, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have plenty of content, images and audio/visual snippets, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to apply the savings to programming

  • Volunteer Manager shares social media credentials and existing marketing materials with Professional
  • (If applicable) Professional audits existing social media account to determine which content types are performing best
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss & agree upon target audiences, content types, and posting frequency

Milestone 1: Calendar Structure Creation
  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar

The Mosaic Project teaches people, from elementary-school students to adults in the workplace, the skills they need to build the peaceful communities they envision. Since 2000, we have provided more than 39,000 students and 9,000 adults with immersive, experiential-education programs in diversity, empathy, and conflict resolution.
