What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

Looking for a motivated/self-starting video editor who can create unique videos from a pile of raw video. Looking for social media and marketing hits (15-120 seconds mostly). We have a large archive of raw video and we need your creativity to create some really eye catching videos.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Terabytes of raw video to look through in our DAM, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have A great team, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to Hold more classes!

Video is incredibly important to share our mission and work with the world.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format

Our program is designed to help under-resourced young people develop their creativity, technical skills, and self-confidence, while also providing them with a sense of purpose and the competencies they need to shape their own lives and contribute to the lives of others.

We believe all young people have extraordinary potential.
