What We Need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
We have an employee handbook, but it needs review and updates since COVID

- We currently have a handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the person responsible for updates, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to save valuable time to devote to programs or training
all organizations need standard procedures so that staff understands the processes
