Website Major Update
Website Major Update
Project details
What we need
- Significant update to Organization’s existing CMS website, such as adding a new page, customizing a theme, adjusting layout, etc.
- Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website
Additional details
i.D.R.E.A.M for Racial Health Equity has outgrown its wordpress site on the GoDaddy platform. Earlier on in the year the site was hacked and we have no access the original link www.idreamnow.org. If it is possible we can transfer the domain to another site host, but we need support creating new pages, customizing a theme, and adjusting layout to reflect our growth and trajectory in 2022.
What we have in place
- We currently have an onsite social media outreach and engagement staff person, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a brand tool kit, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,562 , allowing us to tell our digital story by supporting the emerging leaders who are impacting the Black birthing population in Los Angeles County and the State of California.
We have so many accomplishments to document and archive on the site but the fact that our site was hacked and we missed showing two events on August 16, 2020 and November 30, 2021. We have a 27-year storied mission and award-winning support for Black birthing families, we have to stay consistent and relevant. Ensuring we have a landing page for all audiences will help push i.D.R.E.A.M. into the next phase of this digital landscape.
Project plan
Our mission
iDREAM for Racial Health Equity addresses racial and ethnic disparities in African American health and examines critical solutions to the infant mortality crisis in Los Angeles County. iDream is a leadership, training, and advocacy development network dedicated to equipping a pipeline of stakeholders to address the complex health issues facing African-American families and to empower the next generation of leaders about the disparities in healthy birth outcomes.

Charles was so valuable!! He helped us revamp our entire website. All the work has resulted in us receiving more donations and better engaging with our Black birthing community. I would reccomend him everytime.
I am very happy to have worked with Ellen as she is extremely professional. She took the time to listen and explain what she needed for the project.
