  • A written summary of marketing goals, target audiences and channels to prioritize
  • A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy
  • Note: This project does not include the creation of content such as emails, print materials, or social media posts
Additional details

Our organization has never had a specific role dedicated to Marketing & communications. We'd like to get a marketing plan together to target younger donors, grow our volunteer base, & expand our corporate donations. I have a few years of experience with content creating for social media & video as well as copy.

What we have in place
  • We currently have 3 social media platforms set up & a strategic plan going, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have someone in the position who is eager to learn & collab, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,998 , allowing us to help more families in need by keeping them housed or getting them into stable housing & out of homelessness.

Our organization is growing very quickly and to meet the needs of our clients & staff we need to grow our volunteer & donor base. This Marketing Strategy consultation will give us a good idea of where to start so we can hit our goals.

Marketing & Communications Manager

Our mission

Our mission is to form relationships with families at risk of or experiencing homelessness by providing shelter, meals, and a spectrum of supportive services as they obtain permanent stability.

What we do

We have several programs aimed at keeping & getting families into stable housing. Our Rapid Resolution program focuses on diverting families from homelessness through relocation, transportation or food cards, paying bills & other financial assistance. Every month we give out funds for rental assistance to keep families housed. Our Case Management, (Bridge) transitional housing, and Shelter program all focus on getting families into more stable housing through connection to resources, housing first initiatives, and helping families through a holistic approach. Our small team has high success rates because of this approach.
