Project Details

What We Need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional Details

We have been given the opportunity to create a fund-raising campaign with a short video, through a new fund-raising site for non-profit organizations. We are raising money to underwrite our multi-arts emotion literacy education programs for self and social awareness.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have original images, audio & narrative excerpts for the video, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a general outline for the script, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to spend more of our time and energy focusing on generating & producing additional arts-based curriculum materials.

This outreach campaign to raise funds--with the help of this video--will help us increase visibility for our mission and our teachings and to be able to offer our resources to individuals, groups and educational institutions with limited means.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
