Project details

What we need
  • A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details

Looking for an email template to send to individual donors requesting EOY donations. Would like it to be short enough to keep people's interest, but long enough to convey why we are asking for support.

What we have in place
  • I am happy to share our "Letters of Support" that we currently use, as well as some grants that we have applied for that includes our mission and vision. I also have different marketing materials that I can provide by means of videos and images.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to use the money directly towards athlete sponsorship, instead of overhead.

EOY giving is a great way to set us up for success in 2022. By securing funds now, we can better budget for next year and can impact even more lives.
