Project details

What we need
  • Visual branding guidelines/style guide in .pdf and/or print format that includes specific colors, primary and secondary typefaces, minimum size and buffer space for logo, examples of incorrect logo usage, and any other graphic design elements, to guide use in print and digital communications materials
Additional details

We are looking to update our brand. The organization is currently in the process of shifting from the founders (retiring) to the next generation. We would like to update our logo and establish branding guidelines to reintroduce ourselves to the community for 2022 and beyond. We are looking to develop both print and digital communication materials that show who we are now rather than just who we were then.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a logo, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have examples of rescue shelters to use as a model, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to save more homeless pets, help more folks with their furry family members, and promote humane education in our community.

We want to re-engage the community and get folks excited about the next generation of animal rescuers in our small community. We want to take this chance to introduce ourselves and make a great impression to get more folks involved and engaged. We want our digital and print materials to reflect the baton hand-off from the founders to the next gen.

Project plan

  • Professional and Volunteer Manager agree on what should be covered in the visual branding guide
2
Milestone 2: Visual Branding Guidelines/Style Guide
  • Professional drafts the visual branding guidelines, which features a mission statement, specific set of colors, fonts, correct logo usage, and any custom graphic elements to be incorporated in future communications
  • Volunteer Manager reviews the draft guidelines and provides feedback
  • Professional incorporates feedback and prepares the final version
  • If custom graphics are included in the agreed-upon scope of work, the Professional provides them in high-resolution formats for digital and print use
