Project details

What we need
  • 1-2 page summary of takeaways and trends from interviewing key individuals (no more than 8 interviews total)
  • Identification of the board’s strengths and recommendations for areas of improvement for board members collectively and individually
Additional details

9 members of the Board of Directors
We are looking for an external assessment of the board's effectiveness and if they are receiving what they need to govern effectively. If not, what is missing and how can we improve?

What we have in place
  • We currently have a board manual, strategic plan and capacity plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have committed board members, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,248 , allowing us to leverage those dollars for more effective board fundraising.

PT turns 2 in January as an independent non-profit and we need to assess where the board is in governance and why some board members engage more effectively than others.

He kept the whole board on task and produced very helpful recommendations for the board to be even more effective. He was an effective listener and helped established a culture of assessment as the board grows. He shared his expertise and insight in a very receivable way!
