What we need
- Design of one email marketing template based on the Organization's visual branding guidelines
Additional details
We need a branded template that can be flexible enough to use to reach our audiences for a number of different programs we offer. We use Constant Contact. We have a professionally designed Branding Packet.
What we have in place
- We currently have visuals, event and program details and dates., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have support staff with excellent writing skills, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,608 , allowing us to time to prepare content.
The organization is growing and we have new staff that need to understand how to use a branded template for our many programs. As Director, I understand the importance of clear, concise and compelling email marketing. I have a very good eye. I do not have the ability to fine tune and create something my staff can use on an on-going basis. We need to build audience and be efficient and clear to do this - from the actual template, to follow up, to integration with the website and social media.

We fulfill our mission through performances, classes, workshops, community outreach, arts integration residencies and collaborations with musicians and composers, artists and actors, puppeteers, poets and professors. We are known for reaching beyond the arts community with a diverse repertoire that often reflects upon larger societal issues.
