What we need
  • Up to 3 customized and professionally designed graphic(s)
Additional details

We need about 12 template images to be used as thumbnails (intros) for our videos where we can customize the speaker image and topic. These must be made in Canva (so we can tweak). We also need one branded outro image.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Canva, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have new hex colors with our new logo, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to build this new feature to help our members.

We are creating a video library on our website showcasing speakers on various career topics to help folks in career transition and career management. We need the videos to have a visual appeal with a variety of thumbnails plus a branded outro slide.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
