What we need
  • Update to or creation of one new HR policy or procedure, such as any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety & Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation & Benefits policies, Work From Home Policies, etc.
Additional details

We are looking for a form the team can use to document incidences such as a safety issue, etc.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an employee and volunteer application form, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,480 , allowing us to use the funds to help purchase new, athletic shoes for kids in need.

As our organization grows, we need way to track incidences.

  • Professional reviews any existing policy materials and gathers clarifying information
  • Volunteer Manager explains what they're looking for in this policy
  • Professional determines if changes need to be made to existing policy(s)
  • Professional determines if the Volunteer Manager needs to collect additional information from employees (i.e., survey results)

  • Volunteer Manager and Professional review a draft of the policy, and determine next steps (i.e., buy-in/approval from additional parties)
