What we need
  • Significant update to Organization’s existing CMS website, such as adding a new page, customizing a theme, adjusting layout, etc.
  • Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website
Additional details

We have rebranded and our website needs to come with us. Our old website does not tell who we are nor what we do clearly. We need to shift it in alignment with our rebranding efforts. Please support us in this effort if you can.

What we have in place
  • We currently have all rebranding complete with new logo, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an idea of the new content for our new website, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to provide more services to young adults, free of charge, through our Self-Love Bootcamp & the Leaders Internship for Teens.

We started as a small nonprofit and as we did more things, our website grew with us. Now, visitors cannot really tell what we do when looking at our website. We are a youth focused organization, and you can't tell this on our site. We have a workplace division called the holistic wellness training institute, and you can't tell this either. We really need support on this one.

  • Volunteer Manager shares link to existing website with Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides list of required updates to make (including sharing content or image assets, as necessary)
  • Both parties review our pro-tips for Organizations and Volunteers to ensure the project is set up for success

Milestone 1: Kick-Off Meeting
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss requested updates, and agree on a project timeline
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with credentials to access the website admin portal

Milestone 2: Review Updates
  • Professional makes the requested updates to the website (if available, the changes should be made in a test or development environment first)
  • Volunteer Manager reviews each update, and reports any remaining issues to the Professional

Milestone 3: Implementation of Updates
  • Professional implements updates to the live website
  • Professional troubleshoots any issues that may arise immediately after implementing changes on the live site
