- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors

Looking for assistance in creating our annual campaign fundraising letter that will go out to all of our families, patrons and alumni as well as post something for the general community to see and think about possibly making a donation.
What we have in place
- We currently have past campaign letters as samples., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have information to share about our organization, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to focus on other aspects of our organization including our upcoming live streamed productions, fundraisers and events.
We hope that a compelling campaign letter will help to raise more money for our organization during this holiday season and at other times during the year to continue our mission of offering performing arts programs to children ages 5-18.

Our mission
CAST children's theatre is a regional nonprofit theatre organization with a main focus on ages 5 - 18, though we do work with younger and older as well.
The mission of CAST is to enrich the lives of children through the magic of performing arts, thereby inspiring them to strive toward higher goals. We do this one line at a time, one show at a time, one child at a time.
