Project details

What we need
  • A documented process outlining how to administer a top-down, peer-to-peer, or a full 360 employee review process
  • A communication plan to share the process with others in the Organization to help them understand the approach and desired outcomes
  • Recommendations on tools that can be used to collect feedback (anonymous or identified) and organize quantitative and qualitative results
  • Best practices for rolling out the performance reviews, and coaching advice for managers and individual contributors
Additional details

Root is a relatively young organization with approximately 14 staff members (9 full-time and 5 part-time). We have a basic annual performance review process that we'd like to strengthen for our full-time as well as our part-time staff. We've outgrown the foundation tool and process currently in-place and would like assistance with an experienced professional to help us redesign our tool(s) and process. Thank you!

What we have in place
  • We currently have a basic performance review process, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have access to board members we can ask for assistance, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,686 , allowing us to further develop all-levels of staff within our organization, and help improve both organizational impact and workplace satisfaction.

This project will help Root improve the quality of staff performance feedback and support in developing professional development goals. Ultimately, this will allow Root to become a more strategic and intentional organization in fulfillment of our mission.
