What we'd like to talk about
I'd like strategic advice on the legal and tax requirements that need to be met for our U.S. based organization to work as a contractor on projects in Canada.
Additional context
Our Washington-state based organization is being contracted by First Nations in British Columbia, Canada with the potential to be hired to consult on additional projects in Canada. We are looking for support on what requirements we need to meet as a nonprofit contractor working internationally.
