What we'd like to talk about
Our director is stepping down after 30 years and promoting from within our organization. We are looking for strategic advice related to this transition.
Additional context
Our board has requested we hire an attorney to oversee this transition and consider conducting an audit (internal or external). We do not have a budget for this and are looking for advice as to how other small nonprofits have navigated this transition. We are also looking for general advice on other steps we should be taking to be successful in this transition.
