What we need
  • Significant update to Organization’s existing CMS website, such as adding a new page, customizing a theme, adjusting layout, etc.
  • Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website
Additional details

We need help with updating our beyond the microscope page and launching our carers jobs/ internship page.

What we have in place
  • We currently have copy, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Visual design, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to allowing us to purchase school supplies for more children in need.

If your website content is outdated and isn't showing the dynamic work of your organization, then visitors and donors will likely be turned off. Reliability - Keeping your website regularly updated means that your site will be more reliable for your users. Updating these pages will us to continue to reach our mission.

  • Volunteer Manager shares link to existing website with Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides list of required updates to make (including sharing content or image assets, as necessary)
  • Both parties review our pro-tips for Organizations and Volunteers to ensure the project is set up for success

Milestone 1: Kick-Off Meeting
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss requested updates, and agree on a project timeline
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with credentials to access the website admin portal

Milestone 2: Review Updates
  • Professional makes the requested updates to the website (if available, the changes should be made in a test or development environment first)
  • Volunteer Manager reviews each update, and reports any remaining issues to the Professional

Milestone 3: Implementation of Updates
  • Professional implements updates to the live website
  • Professional troubleshoots any issues that may arise immediately after implementing changes on the live site
