Pricing Strategy
Help UTD Center for Children and Families create a well-designed pricing structure that accounts for key variables in their target market and product/service offering.
Pricing Strategy
Project details
What we need
- Analysis of Organization’s target audience, competition, costs and products/services
- Recommendations for pricing for existing products/services
- Assessment of whether any products/services should be discontinued or offered at differential price points based on constituents’ needs
Additional details
We have been offering our Play With Me (https://ccf.utdallas.edu/outreach/play-with-me/) playful learning program for free at community locations (elementary schools, libraries, churches, etc) but are considering how we might "sell' the program to local entities, via a train-the-trainer model or with a fee structure for implementation. We need advice and support on creating this.
What we have in place
- We currently have the team ready to get started, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an idea of the landscape for this, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,868 , allowing us to spend that money serving additional at-risk children and parents in our community.
We rely on gifts and grants for our outreach programs but need additional support for them. Adding a fee to implement our program would help support us and help us serve more at-risk children and parents.

Testimonials
Robert was excellent to work with - very knowledgeable about pricing and provided us with homework, tools, and advice on how to structure our project. He helped us narrow our focus and really think about who we might impact and how to do it. We are grateful for his time and dedication.
A great team, truly devoted to the mission of getting the UTD programs out to the community and reaching the many children who can benefit from their science- and practice-driven approach. I greatly enjoyed visualizing the impact of the UTD CCF work, and the opportunity to provide a very small contribution. I look forward to being of help as needed in the future!
