Project Details

What We Need
  • Expert third party advice on process or managerial changes, geographic or programmatic expansion, potential pivots, or general strategic planning
  • Facilitation of an intensive, one-day strategic planning session with staff and/or Board
  • Note: If necessary, a follow-up strategic planning session may be scheduled
Additional Details

Our nonprofit is feeling some growing pains, we are faced with a decision of continuing the same trajectory, successful, but limited in how much we can accomplish with existing staff, tools, and other resources, or we can reassess and develop a strategic plan that hones our operational goals and identifies opportunities for streamlining our efforts to grow a more robust program for the people of Texas.

What We Have In Place
  • We need to step back and look at the big picture, reassessing how best to invest our time and resources to maximize our outcomes. To be successful in this, we need an outside facilitator to work with our team and our Board of Directors to more fully develop our Vision, Mission, and Strategy, with prioritized goals and actions that will help TPA enable the greatest number of quality PACE projects while maintaining the highest level of service for the local governments we serve .
How This Will Help
This project will save us $4,465 , allowing us to focus on education and outreach throughout the state.

Since Texas PACE Authority (TPA) was founded in 2015, we have expanded the PACE program to 64 municipalities across the state of Texas, closing 51 projects, and facilitating the investment of over $174million in energy efficiency, water conservation, distributed generation, and resiliency improvements. We need help to grow beyond this point, to better focus our efforts. This will also help us in our grant applications so we can better answer the questions about mission, vision, etc.
